I'm new to this community and new to hypoglycemia. Or rather I'm new to realizing I'm hypoglycemic (functional--confirmed by 4 hour glucose tolerance test). I'm 46, average weight and otherwise extremely healthy.
But I'm having trouble getting my blood sugar under control right now--and I seem to need to eat constantly! I am eating protein and good carbs and avoiding sweets (and attempting to cut down on caffeine!). I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion for a good book to use a guide for management?
